PRIVACY POLICY FOR MOBILE APPLICATIONS
This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Bangu Single Dating (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Android Developers AT. The Application is a service, a social media project too meet new people for activities like dating, hobbies and (legal) business projects.
All connections and communications are ssl encrypted at the Bangu Server.
The user data is only be used for matching partners, beside internal administation, customer support and improving the application to the next level via updates.
Features like „Picture upload“ (via the mobile camera or from the users device database) & data input like „Geo-Positioning“, private „Chats“ (messaging) to multible users inside the application network, „Liking“, „Reporting“ or „Blocking“, „Invitations“, „Events“, limited funtionality can be used worldwide and free! The users exact position will never be shown to other users and can be change whenever its needed.
For a better overview, the user always has to send the position to our bangu-server. The Application will never upload a new position by itself. The user knows always what position he wants to upload. The user will see his detailed position, to make sure that this exact positioning is really wanted. By uploading the position via another button press, the user sends the coordinates and state name to the Bangu server.
All other data will not get saved. Other users will never see exact user geo data. Other users can only see a distance in kilometers to users.
Unlimited funtionality is only with our in app premium content usable.
In addition with a subscription (per week or month) or a one time purchase (per day, 2 weeks or a unlimited liftime license), of a premium content package you have the possibility to create one personal interest group to invite other user into.
No advertising inside the application.
Features, Functionality and Content
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The user can enter random data, nothing must be based on the users real identity.
If the user want to share his personal data, he/ she is able to do that in the users personal profile page inside the application. Users are able to upload one picture, enter a username, age, height, gender, preferences if they smoke or drink alcohol in general and a job, hobbie or business topics where they want to find people for. Furthermore he/ she is possible to set some search-variables for user to search for. If users enter illegal content in the job or job search section, we will delete it without a warning and write the specific users a email to warn.
If users violating our rules we bann the users email address from our servers. The user will loose the premium package(s) if some are active, also the option to register and login with this email address.
The personal email address, that the user used to register and login into his or her account is never visible for anybody inside the application. It will be mainly used for the application intern administration processes and user identification.
User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register a user account in the Application. Registration can only be done on a email address. All data that you enter and send to the Bangu Server are optional and can help to find better what the user is searching for.
However, please keep in mind that you not be able to use some of the features offered by the Application unless you register with your personal email account. Bangu Dating can hold only one picture per user account. This picture will be shared with the users profile data to other users inside of the Bangu Dating Application.
Users personal information and data, like the profile picture, will be stored on the Bangu Server and shared with other users on interest, inside the application network, if others search for your criteria.
The Server is hosted & controlled by Bangu Single Dating (bangu-dating.com), a developer branch of „Android Developers AT“. All connections on the Bangu Server are secured by SSL-Certification and active montiored by our administrator.
When a user register an account and use the application, the user must generally provide:
(a) email address and password registration information;
(b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us;
- information you provide us when you contact us for help;(d) payment information for purchase and use of the Application, and;
(e) information the user enters into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information,
(f) when the user wants to search other users,
(g) when the user is chatting with other users.
We may also use the information you provided us, to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.
By registration you automaticly accept all of this Policy-Rules written on this page!
If you registered an account an want that we deleto your data, write us an email with your registered email-address, or do it by yourself inside the application.
Payment Data
Users can only pay via the Google Play Service Billing. This service is fully automated and encrypted via ssl. The billing data is known between Google LLC and Android Developers AT who produced Bangu Single Dating.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the application.
Bangu Single Dating doesnt have any programmed algorithems to gather more additional data as the user is confronted and informed when he is using the application in his user profile page.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Yes. We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
- If Bangu Dating is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within. We will NOT share your current location with other users or partners.
Geo-Position data gathering and usage details:
Ever user has to manually set his or her geo location by pressing the button „Get Geo Location“ on the „Geo Location Activity“.
Bangu saves only the last uploaded geo position from the user and calculates the distance to the other users, in Kilometer, in the background.
Users never know exactly the posiotion of other users, they just see a distance in km.
Every user is free to save a new geo location as many times as they want. Internet connection and GPS must be activated on the device. After setting the geo location once you dont need to set it again if you dont want.
It is also possible that you never set a geo position and the application will list singles that matches to other details of your profile.
Bangu Single Dating shows location details to other users like the state and distance in km to other users. Bangu Single Dating never shares other users data from gps positions.
Bangu Single Dating is NOT a GPS tracking software. You can only track you current position if you press the button “Get Geo Location“.
If you have your location you can still change it infront of uploading it. Getting your own geo loaction doesn`t mean to upload this loaction. The user has the full control about what he or she wants to upload.
What are my opt-out rights?
By itself the application doesnt collect any data. The user has always to push a button to send his or her data to the Bangu Dating Server. You can delete your account every time.
All collected data about the users profile will be deleted instant without a backup.
Uninstalling the application will only delete the application but not the created user account, if the user created one.
You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace. You can also request to delete your account via email, at

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
We will only retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application. We will delete all the personal user data if the user cancels or deletes his or her profile.
Every registered user can do this by themself in the main menu profile page. The „Delete Account“ Button is there always available.
If an account is deleted there is no way back to restore. The account is fully deleted, no backup is existing. You dont have to worry about anything. If you have questions contact us at

Please note that some of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Application to function properly. ( To search and write other users you need a username. To be visible for other users you need a picture uploaded.)
Children
We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children.
Every user must be at least 18 years of age.
We don’t support underage children as users or profile pictures in any kind of way.
Users can help us to identifiy those and report to us. This function is on every profile page available to free and paid users. Contact us to our policy information, changings, questions and help us to improve.

We will delete such content, without any warning from the users profile, from our files within a reasonable time.
Security
We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain.
For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application.
Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via email.
You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
